Porsche’s 1973 Carrera RS has become one of the most sought-after sports cars to emerge from the fabled German automaker. Using the 911S Coupe as a starting point, the Porsche Competition Department created two versions of the Carrera RS, with the Lightweight intended for competition use and the Touring version like this car (M472) offered for comfortable road use.

This lovely Grand Prix White 911 Carrera RS is one of just 1,500 made in 1973, and is presented in wonderfully original condition throughout. From the factory alloy wheels to the clean interior and than all the way back to the new ducktail spoiler, this example can easily be toured, raced, or simply enjoyed for spirited pleasure driving. With stellar road manners and a reputation for durability, this 911 Carrera RS will make a fine addition to any sports car collection.
