Today, five decades later, GM’s vaunted COPO (Central Office Production Order) Camaro program, once shrouded in mystery, is now celebrated by many collectors as creating some of the most significant muscle cars ever built. One of just 60 cars exported to Canada in 1969, this wonderfully restored example has earned its respect with First Place finishes at Concours events like Greenwich, as well as First Place finishes on the track at Lime Rock Park.

This highly accurate Daytona Yellow Camaro was delivered with the Deluxe Exterior Package and the COPO #9561 Package, which included the 427 ci/425 HP V-8 engine, a high-rise intake, a 780 cfm carburetor, and at least 425 HP delivered through a 4- speed manual gearbox and 4:10 gears. The paint finish is wonderful, the chrome all new, and the black vinyl bucket seat interior looks brand new, but the most exciting view of this car occurs when you pop the hood, and check out the flawless restoration of this huge V-8. Once featured on Dream Car Garage, this fine 427/425 HP COPO Camaro has earned the ultimate respect at the top venues around the country.
